Moving the Stuff That Builds Arizona.
Reliable Material Hauling for Construction & Industry
Moving heavy materials in the Arizona heat isn't just about having a big truck; it's about knowing how to secure a load so it doesn't budge an inch on the I-10. At RV Hauling Co., we’ve expanded our 15 years of towing expertise to include dedicated flatbed services. We understand that on a job site, time is money. That’s why we focus on prompt pickups and safe deliveries for everything from palletized goods to raw building materials. Every load undergoes a thorough multi-point safety check before hitting the road, ensuring stability and compliance from start to finish. Whether you are a contractor needing a one-time haul or a business owner looking for a regular transport partner, we bring the same DOT-certified professionalism to your materials that we do to our high-end RVs.
What We Move Across Arizona
This service involves hauling or driving your RV over long distances, often across multiple state lines. It is a specialized logistics solution for owners who want to avoid the wear and tear (and stress) of a cross-country drive.
What Our Service Includes:
- Construction Materials: Reliable transport for lumber, steel beams, piping, and roofing supplies to keep your project on schedule.
- Landscaping Supplies: We move the heavy stuff—pallets of sod, pavers, and decorative stone—right to your site.
- Industrial Equipment: Secure hauling for generators, small tractors, and skid steer attachments using properly rated tie-downs.
- Bulk & "Odd-Ball" Items: From large crates to oversized machinery that won't fit in a standard van, we have the space and the straps to handle it.
- Precision Job Site Delivery: We don't just "drop and dash" at the front gate; we work with your crew to place the load exactly where it’s needed most.
Our Process:
1
Load Assessment & Quote
Give us a call with the dimensions and weight. We’ll make sure we have the right trailer for the job and give you a flat-rate price. No "extra" fees added on at the end.
2
Professional Loading & Rigging
We don't just throw a strap over it. We use commercial-grade chains, straps, and edge protectors to ensure your materials aren't crushed or scratched during the trip.
3
Secure Transit
Our drivers are CDL Licensed and understand how a flatbed handles. We monitor the load throughout the trip, especially on those bumpy backroads or high-speed Arizona highways.
4
Prompt Site Delivery
We arrive on time and coordinate with your site contact for a smooth off-load. We know your schedule is tight, so we don't keep your guys waiting.

Heavy Loads. Happy Clients.

The Arizona Flatbed Hauling Experts You Can Count On
You have plenty of choices for hauling, but not all "guys with trailers" are created equal. We’ve built our reputation since 2010 on being the most reliable name in Arizona transport.
- DOT Certified & CDL Licensed: We operate legally and safely. We know the weight limits and the law, so your load doesn't get hung up at a weigh station.
- Specialized Tie-Downs: We carry a variety of rigging gear—from heavy chains for steel to soft straps for delicate materials.
- Direct Access to Mitch: You aren't calling a dispatcher in another state. You’re talking to the team on the ground here in Phoenix.
- Insurance You Can Count On: We carry full commercial cargo insurance. If we're hauling it, it's covered.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the maximum weight you can haul on your flatbeds?
It depends on the specific trailer we use for your job, but we typically handle loads up to 10,000–12,000 lbs. Give us a call with your specs and we'll let you know if we're the right fit.
Do you provide the trailers, or do you tow mine?
We can do both! We have our own professional flatbed trailers for your materials, or if you have a loaded trailer that needs a "power-only" tow, we can hook up and move it for you.
Can you deliver to residential construction sites?
Yes. We are experts at maneuvering into tight residential areas where big semi-trucks can't go.
Do you provide tarps for weather-sensitive materials?
Yes. If you are moving lumber, drywall, or equipment that needs to stay dry, let us know. We carry heavy-duty tarps and edge protectors to keep your cargo shielded from rain, dust, and Arizona’s intense sun.
What information do I need to provide for a quote?
To give you an accurate flat-rate quote, we just need the pickup/delivery zip codes, the approximate weight, and the dimensions (length, width, and height). Knowing if the load is on pallets or needs to be chained down helps too!
Can you deliver to job sites with limited access?
Definitely. Unlike large semi-trucks, our medium-duty flatbed setups are much easier to maneuver into residential construction sites, narrow alleys, or crowded commercial yards where space is tight.
How do you ensure my materials won't shift during transit?
We follow strict DOT securement standards. Depending on your load, we use a combination of 2-inch or 4-inch nylon straps, grade-70 transport chains, and "V-board" edge protectors to prevent any crushing or movement.
Are you available for same-day material hauling?
We often have same-day or next-day availability for local Phoenix hauls. Because we are owner-operated, we can usually respond much faster than big logistics companies. Just call or text Mitch to check the current schedule.
Do you handle the loading and unloading?
Generally, we require a forklift or crane on-site for loading and unloading. However, our drivers are experts at "spotting" the trailer and working with your crew to ensure the materials are placed exactly where they need to be.
